Pre fished for tiaras, got 3 yellows early and left…

Well it was a beautiful morning to scout and prep for tunas and tiaras tomorrow and we did just that! Skeleton crew of Me(Taylor) Jeff and Alex, bite turned on around 8-9am got 4-5 bites only 3 fish came tight and all 3 were landed, and in the 30-40lb class with the last one 45-50lb, we had dense dense fog we were dealing with so only had our radar and chart plotter or structure to go off of, and our app of course! We found a nice little 1-2 degree break in 3-400 fathoms and plucked those 3 in 2 passes, trolled another 45 mins and decided to call it early around 1030-11 and save our energy for this weekend, but we must have been in Chris Little aka Talking Trash’s way, cause soon as we left he said it turned on for him and he ended up catching 14! Keep in mind he’s a tuna pro and has omni, but a good sign for the rest of us, I truly believe the fish were north of us in poormans as well on other parts of the same temp break, but the blue water in still outside the 100 line, the deeper you go the bluer it gets, but we had most of our luck closer to the Washington than the poormans in 200-400 fathoms, I’m sure this info is traveling fast, but try to keep it between us members and your close group of buddy boats or intel circle as we approach the tournament season!! Poormans and Washington are the move for now, but it will be a parking lot tomorrow between the good weather, good reports, and ladies tuna tourney. Tight lines and Stay Bent! We’ll update y’all how we do tomorrow, hoping and praying we get some decent ones really worth weighing in for the girls!!
