Rough Conditions Ahead
Rough Seas & Eddy in Baltimore
Unfortunately we have some rough conditions offshore the next few days, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather, as of now its looking like Thursday might be the next good weather day.
We’re Keeping our eye on an eddy that has formed just east of the Baltimore Canyon and is slowly pushing south, it matches up with some blue water pushing into that same area, which should make for some good fishing! We will have to keep an eye and see how the weather effects the water but as of now that is the area we are looking to fish next!
There’s also still some water that looks good down in the Washington we will still keep an eye on. It is worth noting some blue, warm water has pushed inshore of the 100 line down to the south, guys willing to make the run south, or running out of Chincoteague, it could be worth trying for some tuna at some of the inshore spots, worst case the sea bass bite has been hot, as well as lots of Cobia and schools of Red Drum, so if you do decide to fish inshore you’ve at least got options!
