Water is on the move, Poorman’s to Wilmington in play….
I’ve put together a slide with multiple sat shots of both chlorophyll and SST so you guys can see how and where that water is moving. It looks to me like the water is moving north up the 100 line the opposite of what it normally does, this could be an illusion however it appears the water that was in the poormans slid up through the Baltimore and is now moving towards the Wilmington, there’s also some water that was deep to the east that pushed into the Spencer and Linde like we said yesterday, and even some blue water still down in the poorman’s as well. I also included an SST where it looks like there may be a temp break down in the Norfolk, for some reason that water down there seems like billfish water to me, hot and blue! Regardless it’s supposed to blow today and tomorrow so Thursday or Friday sounds like the next day to get out and lay eyes on the rip and see what’s going on! In the mean time we’ll be keeping a close eye on our app and seeing where the app suggest the hot spots are, and also where the commercial boats end up going, then of course keeping an eye on the sat shots and other data as we receive it! Thanks for all the support guys!! It really seems like everyone has been doing good so far this year! Almost all our members are catching fish! If they aren’t it’s cause they haven’t left the dock LOL We are continuing to tweak and work on the app and a way for our members to share their catch and reports with other members and network and share intel etc. that is eventually what the top left square in the app (live interactive map) will be, it will function as a place for members to click and share exactly when and where they caught their fish, water temp, what it bit etc. whether the member chooses to do it live from the water via starlink or waits to get home and then inputs the data later, will be an awesome tool for all of us to share our catches and other valuable intel!
