Marlin fishing good early, tunas to the south…

Man we could be in for some great Marlin and bill fishing this summer! Jeff headed out this afternoon in search of a Blue Marlin as well as to scout for some more tunas, so we’ll see how he does! In the meantime we are getting reports of boats still catching yellowfins down south of the Norfolk and just inside the 100 line around the Norfolk, some boats picking at a few here and there in Wilmington and Spencer as well as Washington, but it’s mostly billfish to the north in the blue water. Let’s see if this wind and weather mixes things up at all or maybe a nice piece of fresh water will slide in with some new life for us! To the north is looking really good for all you Jersey and NY guys, I can only imagine it’s on fire!! Tight lines and sty bent!!
