Rough conditions for MA500, hopefully it will shake things up….

Well another storm system and another drought tournament week for the boats fishing the Mid Atlantic 500. Fishing has been a grind, with boats settling for mahi and tile fish, or making the long run for Marlin or a chance at tuna, but our local lumps and canyons (Norfolk to Wilmington) have just seemed to be in somewhat of a dead zone. There has been some billfish action deep in the Washington and Norfolk, and then most other boats are running pretty far to the north towards the Hudson and Tom’s for billfish and also tuna. We are really hoping this storm system shakes things up and pushes some life into the Maryland Delaware and Virginia area to end summer with a bang! We will see how the water looks after the storm, tight lines and stay bent!! Also we are working hard on improving our app and our new updated version will be coming out very soon!! Those of you who are already members will automatically gain access to the new app and will be grandfathered in moving forward!! The new app has everything the current one does and more, it is gonna be awesome, highlighting temp breaks and color changes, live location data of other boats recreational and commercial, members and users can submit reports viewable by other members in real time, gonna be an awesome network to be a part of and tool for offshore anglers!
