Tuna bite spotty, marlin deep in blue water…

Well were hearing whispers of a big eye bite, but overall the tuna fishing has been very slow and spotty, few boats picking off single yellowfins in the canyons while marlin fishing, and then the inshore bites to the far south below the Norfolk seem to have slowed up, they may still be biting up north for Jersey boats inshore. As for Ocean City we are right in the middle of the Huk Big Fish so boats are not letting up much information, but our buddies on the Full Service will be weighing in some big eyes and yellowfins today, so we’ll update our members this evening on where they were caught and what they bit! Jeff and the crew have been fishing the last couple days out running around and scouting and can confirm the yellowfins are not at the hot dog or tea cup as of Friday…..
