Full Service takes home the Big Fish Classic, marlin around what about tuna?

We are beyond stoked our boys on the Full Service got the job done, they got jumped by 5 tuna that size Friday evening in the Wilmington canyon, and I believe only landed one or two of them, they were all 300lb class big eyes, they got a couple yellowfins as well. Overall the tuna fishing has still been slow and scattered, a small boat a 21’ Parker named Teaser ended up taking 2nd place with a big bluefin they caught, my guess is somewhere like masseys or the elephant trunk, but I cannot confirm that! The blue water is pushed in close, we saw flying fish at the hot dog, it looked great inshore, but we didn’t mark any tuna or see signs of life like whales or porpoises or even birds. We are hearing a decent amount of boats catching marlin out deep in the blue water in Washington and Poormans, Wilmington as well. Those big eyes must be cruising up and down the 100 line or something, we’ll see as we have some decent weather this week and boats can get out and fish, someone is gonna find some tuna stacked up somewhere waiting to chew!! Any day now!!
