Jeff Rosenkilde, President, CEO and Captain of “Bad Habit”

Jeff, an elite offshore fisherman, uses his passion for weather, oceans, and pattern recognition to dominate the Mid-Atlantic fishery. Fishing 50-60 trips a season, he analyzes weather histories and water boundaries to find fish. Over the winter of 2025, Jeff found himself inspired by all the data he has been collecting for years contributing to his extensive knowledge of the ocean and fish patterns. He plowed hours of work into what you see today as Always Bent Fishing Intelligence. Not only does Jeff share his knowledge with a network of fisherman, but he has dreams of building a fishing empire, with technology that will change the industry and the way we look at real time data, fish patterns, and existing tools, all within one intuitive AI powered platform. Taylor Bakke, Founder, COO, and Editor in Chief

Taylor Bakke founded Always Bent Fishing in 2021 to share his daily fishing adventures. Post-COVID, he fished nearly every day, launching a social media page to highlight his passion. Connecting with fishing buddies, Taylor learned new techniques, targeted diverse species, and reignited his love for pelagic and offshore fishing. His Mid-Atlantic expertise helps customers catch more fish while learning the local waters. Taylor also has found his love for film, tech, and his own creativity, helping always bent redefine what it means to capture all the special moments on film. We share all Taylor’s footage on our YouTube Channel, YouTube/@alwaysbentfishing

Meet the Team

  • "Dong" aka Willie

    Willie has been there since day one! He is always stoked to bend a rod and bring the good vibes!! Willie is the man and a core member of our team!

  • "G5" or "Killa Cam" aka Alex Clark

    Alex is our mate on Bad Habit, and also plays a crucial role on our team. Alex is the one who makes sure the fish we catch end up in the fish box! He grew up fishing on a big center console with his dad, so he feels right at home on the Bad Habit. He helps manage the spread, keep the boat clean, and everything else a first mate would do and more!

  • The "Shad Darts" crew

    The Shad Darts crew are a group of friends from Delaware who have supported and been members of Always Bent Intel from the launch, and also help contribute catch reports for our Delaware members! These guys are savages!

  • "Remo"

    Remo is an avid local angler, a friend of ours, and also runs his boat “Black Magic” here in OC. He has been fishing the Mid-Atlantic for years now and also contributes to our catch reports, as well as helping us out with anything marine electronic’s wise he’s the man!

  • "Full Service"

    The Barbey’s and crew aboard the “Full Service” are also good friends of ours, before Jeff got “Bad Habit” he fished with the Barbey’s and Full Service a lot, we caught the first yellowfin of the year with them in 2024! They also contribute to our catch reports and are phenomenal anglers!
