more rough conditions…

Unfortunately the weather has been relentless the last week or so here in the Mid-Atlantic, some boats made it out Thursday and Friday as you saw in the last report. The bite wasn’t quite red hot like it was last week, however fish are still being caught! We got word “Reel Tight” boated 7 yellowfin’s this morning 6.29.2024 but haven’t heard where they were fishing yet. Jeff and the Bad Habit crew went out this am to explore the inshore waters in hopes of bluefin or possibly even yellowfin, we saw flying fish in some blue water inshore on our way in Thursday, so chances are the tuna will be pushing further inshore any day now! The water still looks great in the Poorman’s if you are thinking of fishing today or tomorrow or have a boat big enough to handle 4-6ft. seas, but unfortunately looks like most boats will be waiting till at least Tuesday before they can get back out there, in the mean time well be keeping an eye on the Sat Shots and standing bye…
