Weather forecast is brutal!

We just cannot catch a break from the weather this summer! It’s going to be super rough starting today moving into Tuesday, Wednesday is looking like the only fishable day next week (unless you're in a big sporty) but we will be keeping a close eye on the weather. There is an awesome eddy up to the north of us right now, the guys in northern NJ and parts of NY have been slaying them! We’ll be watching to see how that eddy moves down the line and hopefully pushes into our canyons and is still holding some fish! Yesterday was pretty sporty but some boats did still fish, mostly sport boats and bigger center consoles. Pumpin Hard and The Marli each caught a handful of tuna yesterday boating about 5 yellowfins each, Ro-Sham-Bo also had 1 nice Bluefin and 1 Yellowfin, but those are some of the best boats in the fleet, the fishing has still been tough, most boats are still happy to catch 1 or 2 fish, the boats that are coming home with numbers are getting wolf packed by a group of 3-5 tuna, but we aren’t hearing reports of guys getting covered up multiple times or coming home with a limit. Normally by this point in summer the charter fleet is smashing em daily, and even the guys in center consoles are doing decent, but this year has just been tough tuna fishing! We’re hoping to get out Wednesday and we will update you all as to where we are thinking of fishing! As of right now we are looking at a small eddy forming just east of the Wilmington, hoping it pushes further in to the east and also moves south landing right around the Baltimore and Poorman’s, but we will continue to keep an eye on the water and weather as we get closer to Wednesday!
